The extra-large container can fit significantly over a 5lb bag of flour, the large container can fit 3lb quick oats or rice, the medium container can fit over a 2lb bag of sugar, and the small container can fit 12oz of instant coffee. The jar heights without lids are 9.25", 6.7", 5.6", 5.5", and with lids are 10.4", 7.9", 6.8", 6.7". The volumes are 8 quarts (32 cups), 4 quarts (16.5 cups), 2.4 quarts (9.5 cups), and 2 quarts (8 cups).
